Water is perhaps the most important offerings in both Buddhist and Hindu ritual and is always present in the temple or in alter. Water is offered to the god in a costly offerings bowls or in some other container or through a Bhumpa. The pot whose shape is just like a flat shape jar with a pipe to bring out the water from the pot is called Bhumpa. This 11” Silver Bhumpa is made from silver and copper and though the most part of the silver is plain but the copper part is highly decorated with beautiful designs with hand carvings. The entire hand carving is done by our experienced artisans who have been in this business for generations. This beautifully decorated 11” Silver Bhumpa can be used as both water offering to the god and as a decorative item as well.
